Cold email accounts for sales agencies

You run outreach for other people. That means several brands sending at once, none of them allowed to touch the others' reputation, and a client who notices immediately when replies stop.

One bad domain should not cost you a client

When every campaign runs from the same pool, one aggressive list poisons the rest. Keeping brands apart by hand means a separate registrar tab, a separate DNS panel and a separate spreadsheet per client, and it falls apart at about the fourth one.

A separate set per client

Order accounts per client with their own domains. Nothing they do reaches anybody else's sending.

Hand the logins straight over

Plain credentials, so a client can keep them if they leave. No account of ours sits between you and them.

Add capacity per campaign

A new pitch gets its own order. The rate is set by that order, so a big push is priced as a big push.

What it costs you

Five clients, 1,000 emails a day each

That is 1,000 Microsoft accounts across 20 domains, kept apart per client.

Bought straight from Microsoft at €7.28 a mailbox the same setup is €7,280 a month, and you would still have the domains and the setup in front of you. You keep €63,360 a year.

Case study

Cold email went from an experiment to their best channel.

FokusFachkraft place skilled staff with German employers, a market where the good candidates are never the ones applying. They needed to reach people who were not looking, at volume, without putting the address their placements run through at risk.

They started on separate sending domains with accounts we set up and have been scaling on them since. It is now the channel that brings in the most new business for them.

“Cold email has become our best channel. We already got two new leads with your infrastructure, and I am starting to think this really works.”

Questions

Before you order

Can I keep clients on separate domains?

Yes, and you should. Order per client and the domains stay theirs alone.

What happens when a client leaves?

The logins work anywhere, so you hand them over and stop paying for that set.

Microsoft or Google?

Microsoft puts 50 accounts on a domain at 5 emails each. Google puts 3 on a domain but sends 15 from each, so it needs far more domains for the same size.

How long until we are sending?

About two days, including the settling period every new account goes through before its first send.
