What happens after I buy?
We buy the domains, point them at us, and write the settings that tell the world where your mail comes from. Each domain is then registered with Microsoft or Google and proved to be yours. After that we create the accounts with your sender names.
How long until I can send?
Domains and settings take minutes. Proving the domain takes about an hour, creating the accounts one to two more. Then the accounts sit still for 24 hours. In practice you are sending on day two.
Do I have to talk to anyone?
No. You pick, you pay, it gets built. Write to us if something is wrong and a person answers.
What does the daily limit mean?
A Microsoft account may send 5 cold emails a day, a Google account 15. That is a hard cap. Warm-up traffic runs separately and never raises it.
What happens to a new account before it sends?
It goes through our own settling routine first. A brand new account that starts sending on day one looks exactly like spam, so nothing leaves it until that routine says it is ready. You cannot skip it, and you do not have to do anything for it.
Do I still need to warm accounts up?
Normally a new account wants around two weeks of warm-up before real sending. We also keep accounts that have already been through that, so ask us if you want to start sending sooner rather than spending the first fortnight warming up.
How do I get the logins?
As a spreadsheet per domain, downloadable in your account. It works in any sending tool you already use.
Can I open them in a browser?
Microsoft accounts, no. They are shared mailboxes, which Microsoft does not allow to sign in to Outlook on the web. They work in any mail app and any sending tool.
Why not just use my own domain?
Because cold email is how a domain gets marked as spam, and once that happens your normal company email stops arriving too. Separate domains keep that risk away from the one your business runs on.
Which endings can I buy?
com, co, sbs, net and org. Those are the five we sell today, chosen because they register cleanly and behave well for outreach. If you need a different ending for a specific market, ask, and we will tell you whether we can add it.
How many accounts fit on one domain?
50 on Microsoft, 3 on Google. That is why Google orders need many more domains for the same number of accounts.
What happens if someone visits one?
They land on your real website, if you set that up. A sending domain with nothing behind it looks suspicious.
When am I charged?
At checkout, after you have chosen the amount, the domains and the sender names. Domains are charged once with the first payment. The accounts are monthly or quarterly, whichever you picked.
Where are my invoices?
In the billing portal, reachable from Account and billing inside the app. Cards, invoices and subscriptions all live there.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at the end of the period you are paying for. The accounts stop sending when the subscription ends.
