How it works

What happens between paying and sending.

Setting this up by hand is a week of small, easy to get wrong jobs: buying domains, typing settings into DNS, proving the domain belongs to you, creating accounts one at a time. It now runs by itself, and you can watch each step from your account.

1You chooseHow much you want to send, which domains to use and what the senders are called. Four screens, no call, no onboarding form.
2We buy the domainsRegistered and pointed at us, so the setup and everything after it runs without you touching a registrar.
3We do the technical setupEach domain is registered with Microsoft or Google, proved to be yours, and given the settings that decide whether mail arrives.
4We create the accountsOne account per sender name, with a password set and signing switched on.
5They settle for a dayA brand new account that starts blasting looks exactly like spam. So nothing sends for the first 24 hours.
6You sendThe logins arrive as a spreadsheet. Use whichever sending tool you already like.

Why it lands

The settings that decide whether mail arrives.

Providers check that a message really comes from the address on it. That check reads a handful of records on the domain. Get one character wrong and everything goes to spam, which is why we write them and then confirm they took.

The daily cap

Small, flat, and it never goes up.

Microsoft accounts send 5 a day, Google accounts 15. Warm-up traffic runs beside that and does not count towards it. If you want more, you add accounts.

Case study

Cold email went from an experiment to their best channel.

FokusFachkraft place skilled staff with German employers, a market where the good candidates are never the ones applying. They needed to reach people who were not looking, at volume, without putting the address their placements run through at risk.

They started on separate sending domains with accounts we set up and have been scaling on them since. It is now the channel that brings in the most new business for them.

“Cold email has become our best channel. We already got two new leads with your infrastructure, and I am starting to think this really works.”

Common questions

The things people ask before ordering.

Can I use my own domains?

Yes, if they are not already carrying your normal company email. If they are, do not. That is the whole reason separate domains exist.

What if a domain I want is taken?

You see that while you are choosing, not after paying. We check with the registry on the spot and suggest close alternatives.

Do I have to use your sending tool?

No. You get plain logins, and they work in every sending tool we know of. Nothing about your campaigns has to live in an app of ours.

What happens if I need more later?

You order more accounts. Existing ones are untouched, and the new ones go through the same settling period.

Get started

Sending in two days, not next month.

Choose how much you want to send, pick your domains, name your senders. We take it from there.

No call to book

You order the way you order anything else. There is no demo you have to sit through first.

No tool to move into

You get logins, not a platform. Whatever you send with today keeps working.

You can watch it

Every step of the setup shows up live in your account, so you always know where an order stands.
