Email accounts for in-house SDR teams
Your reps have quota and your IT team has a domain to protect. Those two facts fight each other until the outreach moves off the company domain.
Sending from Level Inbox accounts every day

IT is right to say no
Running prospecting from the company domain risks the address every invoice, contract and support reply goes through. That is not a risk worth taking for a quarter's pipeline.
Nothing touches the company domain
Outreach runs on separate domains that redirect to your real website. Your everyday mail is not part of the experiment.
One account per rep, named properly
Real sender names, so a reply looks like a person rather than a system.
Something IT can sign off
Real Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts on the provider's own infrastructure, not a bulk relay.
A team of ten
Ten reps sending 50 a day each is 100 Microsoft accounts on two domains.
Bought straight from Microsoft at €7.28 a mailbox the same setup is €728 a month, and you would still have the domains and the setup in front of you. You keep €5,736 a year.
Cold email went from an experiment to their best channel.
FokusFachkraft place skilled staff with German employers, a market where the good candidates are never the ones applying. They needed to reach people who were not looking, at volume, without putting the address their placements run through at risk.
They started on separate sending domains with accounts we set up and have been scaling on them since. It is now the channel that brings in the most new business for them.
“Cold email has become our best channel. We already got two new leads with your infrastructure, and I am starting to think this really works.”
Before you order
Do reps get one inbox each?
They get as many as their daily number needs. Each account sends 5 a day on Microsoft, so a rep doing 50 uses ten.
Does this work with our CRM?
You get plain logins, so anything that can send email can use them, including whatever sits on top of your CRM.
Microsoft or Google?
Microsoft puts 50 accounts on a domain at 5 emails each. Google puts 3 on a domain but sends 15 from each, so it needs far more domains for the same size.
How long until we are sending?
About two days, including the settling period every new account goes through before its first send.
Sending in two days, not next month.
Choose how much you want to send, pick your domains, name your senders. We take it from there.
